It’s time for a change

I am a massive time-waster.

I’m not proud to admit it but I spiral a lot.

I spent a few hours today jumping between all these ways that I could improve my life. I do this, may more frequently than I’d like to admit. Whether it’s improving my social life, taking care of myself better, the future of my career in content creation, wanting to renovate my room, the current state of my love life, I find myself constantly looking to improve and change my life for the better.

However, there is one big obstacle in the way, myself.

Because no matter how much in the moment I talk myself into making a big change, tomorrow comes and suddenly I feel too comfortable to change, or there’s too many things I want to change and I get too overwhelmed where to begin.

This has been a seemingly unbreakable cycle that has haunted me over the last few years, I do not currently have the discipline to commit. Maybe this has something to do with my inability to concentrate on anything as a result of my ADHD, but I have no idea.

The one thing though that always seems to help just a little though is writing my thoughts down and having them be read. I don’t know why exactly, maybe it’s the idea of having an audience to hold me accountable, when I cannot.

So, at 2AM as of today, I have decided it is time that I try something I haven’t before!, introducing the brand new CiaránPixelz Blog!

I hope by having a blog, I’ll have a new creative outlet that I can put time into, while also being a way to record and track my progress as I try to get through life improving my current circumstances of which I am unhappy with.

So expect going forward me to blog about all sorts of things, like progress on my most recent videos, fun days out whether with friends or just myself or, perhaps something a little more introspective like this.

I realise that there probably isn’t gonna be a big audience for this type of thing, and that’s okay because I’m doing this for myself!

I took this a month or two ago after going to the beach with some friends. Maybe I don’t get out enough but I found this sunset beautiful.
